Return & Refund Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Opened or used perfumes
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (unless damaged)
