Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (unless damaged)
